My minivan stopped running so I was stranded at the end of a hard, hot day. I didn’t know who to call, so I was searching on the internet. Most places were already closed and the others referred me to tow companies because they no longer do mobile service (even AZ Mobile Auto Repair, go figure). I caught Dana after hours, he said he would charge a trip fee, but agreed to take a look at it. I found out the trip fee was 36% less than even a short tow. He was finishing some dinner when he pulled up, so I obviously inconvenience him. Yet he was friendly, professional and treated me with respect. He had what he needed to evaluate the problem and show me what was wrong. He popped out his computer and cell phone. Within minutes he had a work order written with a firm estimate and had ordered the parts. I went and ate dinner while he picked up the part and fixed the vehicle. Temperatures had been 110 degrees Fahrenheit earlier today, and were still about 100 degrees F. I am impressed with his knowledge, skills and efficiency. He has great customer service skills. I found him to be trustworthy, fair, and honest. I will have him service my vehicles in the future and recommend him highly for others. Thanks for bringing your family business back to the valley.
