I have always believed the hype that my Ford diesel truck should always be serviced at the (local) dealership. And even though I have been less than satisfied with the quality of customer service I still believed it was in my best interest to continue that relationship. That is until recently when I had another negative experience where Ford did not even have the courtesy, in two days that my vehicle sat there (with an appointment) to call and say they did not have time to even diagnose the problem. When I questioned why they accepted my appointment they responded that "they sometimes have vehicles sitting in service for for weeks" ! This attitude finally convinced me that I really needed to search elsewhere for my vehicle service. I discovered Dana Brothers on an Internet search, read the reviews and decided to send them an online service request. A short while later I recieved a response from Josh which began a series of email correspondences where we discussed my expectations and agreed on a path forward. My vehicle service has since been completed and I cannot express to you how pleased I am with my entire experience with Dana Brothers. Cathrine kept me informed throughout the vehicle diagnosis and repair progress with regular phone calls and emails. Courtesy, professionalism, outstanding communication, an honest assessment of my vehicles requirements all at a fair price! In my opinion Dana Brothers is the gold standard out there and the only shop that I would recommend.

Needed a few things fixed on my Toyota. Dana Brothers do high quality work. My AC stopped working they got it back to me fast. It's hot they get it.

I came down from Lakeside to pick up some supplies. I noticed an air leak in my medium duty GM work truck. I brought the truck to the shop and Jordan diagnosed that the leak was from a fitting in the storage tank. He removed it and they went out and found the matching part. He was thorough and tested it twice and was able to get me back on the road. The whole crew at the shop went above and beyond to help me out that day. Thanks!

I've been around to quite a few mechanics in AZ but these guys are amazing. Car was in for a day, they worked with me great on pricing, explained what exactly was going on and what it was going to take to fix the issue. These are going to be my life long go to guys.
